In the past she occupied the position of Managing Director at SoftSkills Management Consultants, Associate Director at Phillips Consulting Ltd., Director-Marketing Division at UAC Foods Ltd., Marketing Director for Chemical & Allied Products Plc and Group Marketing Manager at Unilever Company Ltd. She was talent acquisition specialist and talent assessment coordinator with standard Chartered and had previously worked on risk assessment at unity Bank. She holds an MBA from the Lagos State University. As a Career Coach, she has helped professionals at different career stages to unveil hidden strengths and maximize career opportunities across different industries within and outside their country of residence.

Dr. Benjamin Dike

Benjamin is the executive Chairman of Joshua Leadership Project with a unique grace to impact and empower men and women for dominion and relevance in society. His life traverses two worlds – the corporate and the ministerial. In both, he serves as a leader, and both of which he employs as platforms for enforcing the Kingdom of God. A role model to many young Christian leaders, Benjamin effectively combines his banking career, presently as a member of the senior management staff of Standard Chartered Bank, with being a regular conference speaker, prayer leader and missions advocate. His greatest passion is to raise difference makers who use their various gifts and positions as platforms to enforce the kingdom of God on the earth.

Adepeju Jaiyeola

Adepeju Jaiyeoba is the Founder of Mothers Delivery Kit, social venture which provides ultra affordable sterile supplies for women to use at childbirth while also increasing access to quality healthcare services. Since founding Mothers Delivery Kits in 2013, the Company has sold over 20,000 kits, trained over 2,000 birth attendants while also working to set up a technology platform to connect hundreds of women to the lifesaving information and quality healthcare personnel at childbirth.
